Application privacy.
This notice describes how information is handled in the EONNOVA access application and member portal.
What you provide
The application collects your name, professional email, institution, role, professional credentials, research purpose, and any supporting file you choose to upload. Please do not include government IDs, payment information, or patient records.
Why it is used
EONNOVA uses this information to assess researcher access, make review decisions, issue invitations, and manage member access. If you submit a product inquiry, its contents are stored with your account so the team can review it.
Who can access it
Application details and uploaded credentials are restricted to the site administrator. Your approved account is connected to your sign-in identity. Authentication is provided through ChatGPT; EONNOVA does not collect your ChatGPT password.
Storage and controls
Application records are stored in the site database. Supporting documents are stored privately and are available through administrator-only downloads. Invitation links expire after seven days and can be used once. Server-side access checks protect the collection.
Questions and corrections
Use the EONNOVA contact that provided your invitation to request corrections or ask about your application. Applications are open for review. Submitting an application does not grant member access; approval and account activation are required.
